Supporting various business verticals to recruit the required manpower on pan India level.
Coordinating with Head of Department regarding job opening.
Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites; screening profiles, conducting telephonic interview and short listing candidates.
Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the clients.
Post recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients. Vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining.
Maintaining a database of resources, preparing MIS report (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half
Yearly and Annually)
