Job description

1. Answering incoming calls from customers and make outgoing calls whenever required to assist customers.

2. Checking customer account and requests submitted to the company.

3. Responding to the customer with the correct and accurate information.

4. Being updated with the changes happening in the process and product.

5. Being polite on call while speaking with the customer.
