Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and
Hardware.
Printer Support.
Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications.
Good Communication.
Basically he will be responsible for Laptop / Desktop activity, & Mail application like
Outlook express
Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details with Service Report.
Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.
