Job Description: - Experience should be on Sugar CRM development using Sugar CRM integration with an external system - Experience should be on Sugar hook, Sugar Dashlet, custom modules, Sugar CRM architectureKey Role and Responsibilities: - Create, improve and maintain SugarCRM application framework and shared components - Work with Project Team (Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA and End User) to understand, analyze and implement functional requirements - Follow proven design patterns, write readable, testable and well document code - Actively participate in and be capable of leading design and code reviews sessions as part of the development cycle to improve overall competency of team - Identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate technology choices - Explore new software design and architecture - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment - Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within defined SLAsDesired Skills: - SugarCRM 7.X Versions (including: sidecar framework) - SugarCRM Certification Developer / Administration - ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (backbone.js) and SugarCRM web services - Web development tools - Object-Oriented Design and MVC - Linux, Apache - DB design - SaaS/Cloud environments
