Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting

Serves guests in a courteous, professional, and attentive manner in the assigned area
Continuously maintaining service standard.
Taking direct feedback with Guests on food , services & over all experience.
Ensuring the highest standard of food & beverage service.
Having an In-depth knowledge of all menus all the time.
Dealing with and resolving guest complaints.
Consistency in work including service.
Achieving sales target by doing suggestive selling, up selling & maintaining APC.
Punctual on the shift & working.
To adhere the strict grooming & hygiene standard all the time.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

Interacts professionally with all the staffs and guest.
Working with restaurant service team and Establishes and promotes professional teamwork within the place and the organization in general.
Follow organization regulations, policies and procedures with regards to hygiene, fire, safety and health regulations.
Attends all training session conducted by seniors.
