Sr. Specialist, Publisher Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup and compliance of the publisher, for the best ad monetisation which also includes solving debugging/discrepancy issues.
• Dashboards monitoring with key KPIs and put in place action plan if any stark changes in: Gross revenue, Net revenue, Publisher CPC, RPM, CTR, Conversions, TQ (At a brand, geo, site ID level) etc.
• Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships and serve as point person for customer inquiries.
• Working closely with the client and internal teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management and engineering to deliver customised implementation plans to clients.
• Manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Skills

• 2-3 Years of experience required in the same industry
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed with MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Sharp Analytical skills
• Good Time Manager
