A Search Engine Optimization Specialist is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and implementing websites that are optimized to be picked up by search engines. An SEO specialist will develop content to include keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to website. An SEO Specialist will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search engines. SEO is an ever-changing landscape, so an SEO specialist needs to be continuously learning and evolving.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Ø Good knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page optimization is must.
Ø Should have good knowledge of SEO, SMO, Link Building, Blogs, Articles, Meta Tags, Titles, Keyword Analysis.
Ø Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
Ø Preparing detailed strategy reports.
Ø Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
Ø Filling websites and other content with effective keywords.
Ø Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts.
Ø Developing link building strategies.
Ø Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
Ø Experience with website optimization tools.
Ø Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.
Required Skills: -
Ø Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Ø Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
