Will have to develop good Contacts with Architects and Interior Contractors and other relevant agencies like Technical consultant, PMC, Electrical, Contractor.
Make the techno-commercial proposal and develop the client base and channel sales.
Will have to develop good communication skills, Self Driven, Presentation Skills,
Go and get business attitude.
Monitor the ongoing Projects,
Conduct the Marketing Activities, Road Shows, Seminars, Other activities.
Customer Relationship Building and the Payment Collections.
Market competition knowledge.
