An end-to-end customer management profile in IT HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE , SYSTEMS COMPANY,
Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
Tele calling and generating new enquiries / leads
Make minimum 50-60 calls every day resulting in Scheduling Minimum 2 Meetings every day with leads for the sales field
Sending atleast 2 emails/EDM’s EVERY DAY to every lead/prospects database and follow up
Managing Sales transaction in IT Industry End-to-End – from generating lead to closure and tracking execution & then getting payment from customer. Maintaining & enhancing customer relationship for repeat business and smooth transaction execution. Doing all this in conjunction with Field Sales. Targets will be team targets.
Making and send quotations to prospective clients
Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes conducted by the company.
Tracking Sales Order execution and coordinating with other concerned departments for customer signoff and post this collecting payments from customers.
Adherence to working hours & update reports in ERP.
Sr.ISR will be responsible to direct and monitor activities of the Jr.ISR and will herself manage customers & make daily calls.
