The role will be 70% Recruitment & 30% Generalist.
Must have experience from a back pack manufacturing industry.
Responsible for hiring blue collar as well as white collar employees & in generalist will be responsible to look after & manage the payroll of 200 employees, employee engagement,employee relations,grievance handling,on boarding & exit formalities.
Single point of contact for all HR activities at pan India level.
Should carry strong knowledge in retail HR policies and procedures.
