Responsibilities –
1. Consulting Delivery (50% time)
a. The projects will be allocated by the delivery head and project manager jointly.
b. Arranging a meeting to understand the activities mentioned in PO and expectations of
client with business manager who has closed the deal, project manager and delivery
manager.
c. Preparation of Implementation plan with Project Manager.
d. Arranging a kick-off call with client.
e. Preparation of project charter mentioning client expectations and getting sign-off from
the client.
f. Delivery of consulting activities as mentioned in the proposal, work-order and project
charter.
2. Research (30% time)
a. Researching on new consulting areas in the allocated domain.
b. Preparing a white paper for management to take decisions.
c. Preparing GO-TO Marketing strategy and artefacts.
d. Preparation of service delivery artefacts.
e. Alignment, training and support to business team in launching the new service
3. Business Development, sales and marketing (20% time)
a. Identifying and recording the opportunities of selling additional services in current
project and informing account management team to pitch the same and assisting them
in preparation of proper pitch.
b. Understanding the lateral needs of the allocate clients for other services. Documenting
the need and knowledge transfer to account management team.
c. Assisting account manager to do SWOT analysis of the client and help the account
manager to identify areas and new business opportunities.
d. Creation of contents like blog, newsletter, whitepaper, posts for social media purposes.
