Sr Android Developer

Job Brief: - We are looking for Sr Android Developer who having End-to-End Development and Testing of new features and applications on the Android platform. And good experience in Development experience on Android platform

Responsibility: -

• As a mobile engineer, you will work with an experienced, cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design and develop innovative products for our customers. You must be flexible, responsive and able to succeed within an open, collaborative environment.
• In this role, you will create new solutions with other mobile engineers that build mobile solutions for the insurance and automotive industry using the latest technologies. Our mobile apps are used every day by tens of thousands of users across the world to run their businesses and process millions of automotive repairs. If you take pride in your code and want to make a difference
• Prior Work experience on developing mobile applications

Requirements: -

●      Excellent knowledge of Android SDK, fluency with Java and related frameworks

●      Strong understanding of Android UX, database operations, file I/O, network programming, concurrency and multi-threading in mobile development.

●      Good Coding skills in Core Java/J2ME, Python, AWS Service and Cloud, REST API, Third party libraries, Google cloud API, JSON, XML

●      Ability to create technical documents (e.g. designs, test plans, test reports) that are concise, clear and well organized

●       An experienced technical team member, contributing primarily to more complex low level design, coding, testing, test procedures, integration, problem fixes, review of work done by peers and by SE’s, test reports, and documentation

●      Experience in Unit, Regression, Functional, Performance Testing.

●      Version Control Software SVN, CVS etc.

●       Knowledge of SQ Lite database

●       Ability to communicate well within team and in customer interactions (verbal, written)

●      Good Customer Etiquette. Ability to interact with the customer especially for problem solving and testing/integration (at customer site) as briefed.

●      At least one live app available in the App Store

●      Understanding of performance optimization, caching, security, native hardware component integration (ex: camera)

●      Knowledgeable of asynchronous UI development, lambdas, functional interfaces
