Job Responsibilities

• Accounting of all entries, such as Imports, Exports, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Bank entries, Bank Reconciliation etc.

Responsibility Deliverable:

•           Accounting of purchase entries.

•           Accounting of Imports & Exports entries.

•           Preparing the stock statements and submitting on monthly basis.

•           Preparing documents :for submitting to bank remittance to foreign parties against Imports

•           Preparing TDS details and online payment every month.

•           Preparing Quarterly TDS details with party name, address, pan Nos with TDS paid challans send for send to Chartered Accountants for TDS return purpose.

•           Making on line payment of custom duty against imports.

•           Preparing Disposal Instruction for Handling Inward Remittance for submitting to bank.

•           Making online payments of taxes

•           Preparing of GST details

•           Preparing of Income Tax, Sales Tax Assessment details
