Pre-Sales Support (Solution Scoping)
· Identify opportunities that map client’s issues to client managed outsourcing services and solutions offering
· Responsible for applying technical knowledge to a sales situation effectively and crafting managed outsourcing services solutions for clients
· Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels, both internally and with the client, by developing a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs and competitive challenges
· Lead and/or provide expertise to Functional Tower Service Delivery Teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
Pre-Sales Support (Solution Development)
· Lead the solution design and bid preparation for managed outsourcing services’ RFP/tenders
· Lead the creation of enterprise industry solutions framework, architectures, standards, benchmark and support delivery models
· Tailor strategy and architect solutions to meet the needs of the client, and interface with both internal and external/industry’s subject matter experts to anticipate customer’s needs and facilitate solution development
· Prepare cost calculation to consolidate all cost components and/or develop the pricing model to customer
· Prepare proposal for solutions and services
· Prepare and deliver presentations confidently to customers on the proposed solutions and services
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
