• Receive support calls/ whatsapp/ mail/ tickets system requests from customers
• Verify the issues stated and assign to relevant teams
• Follow up on solution of the issues and explain the same to customers
• Close tickets in system and maintain turn around time service levels
Qualifications
• Graduate in any stream
• With 1 to 2 years of experience as support executive
• Work experience in IT product companies a big plus
Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Identify escalations and handle the same quickly
• Ability to patiently understand customer issue
