- Hands on experience in Core Java, Javascript, JQuery, Groovy
- Expertise in developing applications using Ofbiz framework (Very important) and FTL - Free Marker Template
- Should have very good working knowledge on RDBMS , SQL
- Very good knowledge on Object oriented programming concepts
- Java certification will be an added advantage
- He/She should have worked on atleast 3 large development projects
- Good knowledge of Agile software development methodology
- Working Knowledge on source control application (e.g. SVN )
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Business analysts, PM, Customer in understanding the S/w requirements specification
- Technical design of modules
- Creating unit test cases, automation, code review
- Unit Testing of the application developed
- Promotion of Bug fixes & changes in live instance
- Documentation ( High level & low level technical design, Test cases, Code review, Release)
- Mentoring the team
- Periodically sending status updates to the reporting manager
