Online database creation: you will identify techniques to prepare a database of prospective customers using their social profiles, LinkedIn, Company websites, Facebook groups, Meet-ups, etc.
Lead generation: Generate Leads from LinkedIn & Facebook for coworking by connecting them and pitching them about our coworking over chat. Your efforts will generate leads for TOP’s operations team who will convert them into members’ thereby increasing revenue.
Should have hands-on experience in convincing senior people over the phone
Should have managed real estate marketing with a focus on commercial property renting in an added advantage
be able to get into the details and deliver results under highest expectations
