1. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Work on ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
3. Work on providing training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
4. Work on collecting the customer data and analyzing interactions and visits, and using this information to create comprehensive reports and improving future marketing strategies and campaigns
5. Work on reporting progress to senior marketing management
6. Work on growing the company's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
7. Research and monitor activity of company competitors
8. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
