Job description

Send Daily REPORT by mail.
Site updates with photographs
Require material: List of items & their actual quantities. Material requirement inform in advance at least 3 days compulsory, otherwise delay responsibility will on site supervisor.
Work preference is must as per site situation.
Received material challans send by courier / by hand weekly. Challans remarks required on every challan with site supervisor signature .
Tel to contractor to submit invoice copy to office directly by hand / by courier. Scan copy not consider
No any commitment to contractor regarding payment.
Finished work Measurement compulsory on site
After Completion necessary report to office.
Experience in handling sites individually.
Experience of handling a team of people including labour contractor.
Keeping account of the Material Stock on site.
Keeping a check on Quality of work on site.
Ensuring the Contractors meet the targets.
Giving daily feedback to office.
