Job Summary:
As a ServiceNow Developer, your work will help to modernize IT service management. You will support various modules.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Should able to provide training to freshers and support team members in development and admin activities.
- Should able to Create Catalog Items, Record producer, workflows.
- Should able to Use SOAP and REST Web services for integrating Different Instances.
- Develop and implement several modules in custom applications.
- Create scripts like client Scripts, Business rules, Script Includes, UI scripts and UI Policies.
- Work on Asset Management and Creating Product catalogs.
- Should have prior experience in creating custom widgets, UI pages using service portal Module.
- Should have experience in ACL’s, Notifications etc.
- Design email templates to Customizing Idea, Demand and Enhancement Forms.
- Should have experience in Jelly scripting for creating UI Pages and UI Macros.
- Should have experience in CMDB, SP, Integration, ITSM Modules.
- Actively participate in Unit testing and Functional testing at the time of instance up gradation process.
- Work Closely with BA’s And PM’s to help them writing Stories and estimating them.
- Review Incidents and RITM’s queue to Identify Problems and Requests.
- Should possess good communication skills to interact with SME's and BA’s. Good to have knowledge to write user stories.
- Implement customizations in ServiceNow platform.
- Write Glide API code and JavaScript to accomplish change requests.
- Work with QA and end users to ensure new functionality passes testing, and defects are resolved in a timely manner.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools using SOAP and REST web services
- Should able to Write technical specification or document the change requests.
- Demonstrate working knowledge and skill in ServiceNow platform Security and data Security.
- Should have experience with Vulnerability response and Security operations Custom reports using performance analytics
- Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
- Ability to provide solutions to ServiceNow issues.
- Must have designed and developed 1 or 2 Custom applications in ServiceNow platform.
- Assistance in the rollout of new ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study.
- Great experience in CMDB, SP, Integration, ITSM & Mid Severs.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
