Analyze and document product specifications for various marketing trends.
Coordinate with directors and senior members and ensure appropriate utilization of resources.
Assist the human resource department in the recruitment of staff and ensure the appropriate functioning of the production process.
Prepare an efficient evaluation system for the production process to maximize productivity.
