Job Responsibilities
Handling Laptop and Desktop Troubleshooting and Networking as well.
Taking Remote Session and interacting with client while solving issues.
Providing knowledge transfer to the new members into the team.
Involved in team management such as team training, reports preparation etc.
Updating of patches & service packs for systems and installation of Operating Systems.
Troubleshooting of Network or IP related issues.
Managing Multi user computing environment.
Attending weekly meetings and discuss about on-going updates.
Trying to gain more exposure on other domains.
Received client appreciation for completing the module successfully.
Core Skills:
OS:All Windows Client platform/Windows Server 2012/Linux Cent OS-6.9
Networking:TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
LAN Services:ADS, DNS, DHCP, and IIS, Group Policies, etc.
Security Products:McAfee Products, Norton Anti Virus, Kaspersky etc.
Protocols:Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing Protocols.
