- 6+ years of proven experience in selling software services related to Odoo/EPR.
- Outstanding track record of hitting sales targets and meeting revenue expectation
- Must have technical understanding of Odoo technologies and various ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent skills on identifying new market segments and understanding market dynamics
- Superb ability in converting qualified leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Proficiency in identifying client needs and convert into the business through excellent communication and negotiation
- Experience in using various sales automation and reporting tools a plus
