Own & deliver on a part of business targets for a particular geography
Own a defined chunk of the customer journey and ensure customer delight through our conversations in that chunk
Be the Personal Gold Loan Advisor to our customers and ensure their needs are met in a time bound manner
Be the face of Rupeek to the customers and ensure high customer engagement, satisfaction and retention
Adapt to new customer situations seamlessly and anticipate new kinds of queries from the customer to improve the processes
