We are hiring Senior Manager, FP&A having 15 years of relevant experience for Hyderabad location.
Required Skills:
1. Strong command of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.
2. Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive-level partners.
3. Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities.
Strong analytical and technical skills (including general accounting concepts and systems expertise).
4. Strong drive for data integrity, process definition, and organizational alignment.
5. Adept in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Proven experience using financial planning systems and tools. Specific experience using Hyperion Planning and Essbase preferred.
7. Willingness to be flexible with working hours given the global coverage of this role.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. 14 Years of experience in FP&A.
2. MBA Finance from reputed B-School.
3. Minimum 15 years of related experience (FP&A and Accounting experience preferred) and 10 years in a supervisory role. US MNC, Product Development or 4. 4. Digital Business experience is highly desirable.
5. Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
6. Hands on experience in Excel.
7. Very good experience in people management and Team handling (Min 20 People)
