Position Overview
A technical manager with hands-on experience guiding teams in Oracle technology with good people management skills and excellent communication skills.
Accountabilities
- L1/L2 Support and Application Development and Delivery
- Mentoring the team and ensuring the Learning and Development of the team
- Handle both internal and external escalations
- Ensure Organization policies and process are followed within the team
- Develop competencies within the team for new technology areas
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence of team to set SLA for Delivery of projects
- Ensure timely communication to Management of status of projects
- Ensure regular feedback to team on performance.
Interdependencies
- Need to demonstrate capabilities to work with other teams and client interaction
- Work closely with other managers and management team on Organizational activities
- Work closely with HR Business Partners for recruitment and onboarding within the team
Competencies
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of
implementation/support projects
- ITIL/PMP Certified
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing Oracle Finance Cloud or Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience on Cloud platforms like AWS/GCloud/Azure will be added advantage
- Certification on Oracle Cloud as Implementation Specialist will be added advantage
- Experience in Process Automation using RPA using UIPath will be strong plus.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is desirable.
