- Developing, planning, and executing Account Management strategies
- Establishing effective systems for account management activities
- Creating or reviewing account management collaterals
- Driving field business teams for closures of account management enquiries
- Working closely with field business teams and clients in designing effective solutions
- Establishing effective relationships with clients as Account Management leader
- Establishing a feedback system and responsible for driving, analysing, and improving it over the period
- Periodic updates to the management on account management activities and key metrics
2) BUSINESS INSIGHTS (30%)
- Establishing the methods, criteria, and parameters of analysis of client business.
- Developing a system for analysis and establishing the clear outputs of analysis.
- Research and analysis of business, industry, sector etc. of existing clients for unearthing their needs and wants and identifying consulting business opportunities
for CUNIX.
- Eliciting requirements for new consulting service offerings required for effective business expansion with clients
- Training, equipping, and preparing field business teams for gathering the market intelligence from their areas which will be required to analyse for creating new
consulting offerings for business expansion with clients.
3) LEADING OD PROGRAMS (10%)
- Organization Development Programs are aimed at improvements in the organization by bringing in change. Leading and executing some of the change programs.
4) CONTENT WRITING (20%)
- Reading, researching, and developing high quality content like blogs, articles, reports, whitepapers, presentations etc. in relevant areas for client use as well as for
internal use of Digital Marketing function.
