Job description

  • Responsible for Account Management.
  • Manage a large number of incoming calls.
  • Aligning of technicians for installation of the dedicated project.
  • Single point of contact for all A/c Manager for any service-related issue.
  • Recording of all complaints in Excel.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
