Job description
Responsible for Account Management.
Manage a large number of incoming calls.
Aligning of technicians for installation of the dedicated project.
Single point of contact for all A/c Manager for any service-related issue.
Recording of all complaints in Excel.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
