Job description

We have great opportunity for Senior CRM Executive at juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruits, Trains, Monitors and Enhances team for customer support
  • Ensures customer support processes are timely reviewed to latest expectations of client and management
  • Maintain highest quality of customer service at all times by maintain keen watch on customer feedbacks
  • To manage files and MIS tables as per management requirements for review and decision making
  • Identifies and coaches resources with the required caliber time to time

Skill Set :

  • Prior experience as a Team Leader in a call Centre set up will be preferred
  • Should have prior experience of managing a team size of  15 - 20 employees
  • Ability to follow the system, process and policies to ensure seamless service to customers and clients
  • To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity
