Job Responsibilities:
· Thorough experience of the entire transaction cycle from securing mandate to financial closure on several structured debt finance transactions
· Involved into Project Finance, Corporate Debt Syndication, Pre and Post disbursement documentation, Debt Structuring, Credit Appraisal.
· Advising Corporate on Debt & Equity restructuring, Arrangement of ECB & FDI, External Commercial Borrowings, Private Equity Placement and Venture Capital
· Project financing including arranging appropriate finances, preparation of CMA, project reports and financial statements, synopsis along with the estimates and projections.
· Arrangement of Finance in the form of Working Capital Limit and Term Loan.
· Structuring successful, a Self Learning Module about the working methodologies.
· Proper & Timely submissions of MIS, Reports .
· Complete coordination with clients
