Perform software application engineering to provide build-out, troubleshooting and deep
configuration knowledge of the Oracle ATG stack, and enterprise e-commerce engineering.
Optimize client IT infrastructure. Work on both strategic short and long term issues and projects.
Build strong relationships with clients at various levels as well as member of the Systems
Administration team, Security, and the Database Administrators.
Interact with multiple departments on a regular basis, and the presentation of information to both technical and business stakeholders.
Tasked with providing engineering and hands on management with minimal oversight from the greater Pivotree organization.
Perform daily support tasks (support tickets, deployments, troubleshooting, client access issues, etc…).
Work with end customers to improve and stabilize their applications.
Improve existing deployment and support processes.
Work on application improvements (deployment scripts, automation, application configuration etc.) Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or directly related field plus five (5) years of deep Oracle ATG product knowledge and
troubleshooting experience.
Experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience with the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
Oracle ATG configuration, including for customer buildout and deployment
Oracle ATG maintenance, including for ongoing support JVM/JBoss memory management and tuning
Linux Command Line skills, including for operating in the environment and implementing shell scripts and scheduled jobs
IBM Sterling OMS experience a plus
