Mostly Litigation before the NCDRC, Delhi High Court, NCLAT , NCLT and other tribunals. Work includes reseatch, drafting and preparation of briefs, as well as Court apperances. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements.
