Strong Unix/Linux system administration skills. Preferably in Redhat Linux environment.
Good knowledge of at least one scripting language, ideally Python.
Experience in process and workflow development and documentation.
Experience/knowledge of DevOps methodologies, tools and processes.
Strong knowledge with core ITIL disciplines covering release, change and configuration management
An automation/orchestration mind-set, enable the product squads to spend more time coding and less time on manual processes.
Ability to quickly learn and understand proprietary technologies in a complex, regulated environment.
A level of Technology security experience, ultimately this is role is within a security team

Excellent written and oral English communication skills: capable of writing documentation, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with upper management, colleagues and customers.

Comfortable working in operations and support team with end user interaction.
The candidate must be a self-starter but must recognize the importance and value of working as a member of an operations support team.
