About the job:
We are looking for an experienced professional from the Wellness & Beauty industry who aspires to work in a challenging and a dynamic environment. The candidate will get the opportunity to manage Operations & Quality Check and lead the training division of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop training modules which can be implemented across all partner locations.
2. Deliver quality soft skills and technical training to Salon staff with the newest techniques in the industry.
3. Business Development: assist in conversions of new potential salons to partner with Zyba.
4. Take charge of quality control to ensure all partner salons are strictly following standard operating procedures set by the company.
5. Develop long term business strategies to drive growth and customer retention.
6. Assist the company in lead generation strategies.
