Job description

Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager
Target achieving – Individual and Store wise – Monthly and yearly includes category wise and GHS
Need to handle 2 to 3 retails stores in same locality
Customer Focus and ensuring excellent Customer Service
Excellent Communication / presentable/ Grooming standards
Front Sales activities – Individual target achievement
Activities planned by Store Manager to be executed
Co-ordination with other Team Member / Floor Manager / Store Manager
Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager on special Occasions and Anniversaries
Managing and responsible for Counter Stock Inventory
Product Feedback based on customer interaction
Following commercial processes and company standards
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
