Job Description:-
The sales team leader, the glue that holds the sales team together, provides the training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals. The work environment is typically fast-paced, and the team leader is often moving from one task to another, answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, and acting as a voice of encouragement.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Ø Experience with e-commerce product highly appreciated.
Ø Sales with IT related product having highly recommendation.
Ø Candidate should have own vehicle, tab or laptop.
Ø Identifying the customer, understand their needs, convincing them of the benefits of participating at Trade Exhibition.
Ø Candidate must have experience of outside sales.
Ø Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Ø Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Ø Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets. [Weekly].
