Job Description for Head of Field Operations

Sales Profile

  1. Supervising the Sales Manager and their team DST’s and DSA’s.
  2. Sales and marketing of loan related products.
  3. Sourcing project files and getting project approval done by the organization.
  4. Ensuring smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification and presentation.
  5. Administering the entire process - processing of loan, sanctioning, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan and collection.
  6. Helping out with customer service for new and existing clients (problematic cases).
  7. Supervising, guiding and ensuring productivity at every level in the areas assigned in order to keep the team motivated and maximize revenue.
  8. Performing regular market research to study consumer behaviour, latest trends, competitor activity, subsequent recommendations for new products and processes on a quarterly basis.
  9. Organising regular meetings (weekly and monthly) with Management to discuss team growth, target achievement, hindrances (if any) and more opportunities.

Recovery Profile

  1. Managing and undertaking the Collection process for debts that have been allocated.
  2. Overseeing the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
  3. Ensuring that the collection process and legal guidelines are adhered to.
  4. Assembling and maintaining data for administrative work related to collection such as updating offending account history, providing and preserving MIS reports, reviewing of Collection on daily, weekly and monthly basis, etc.
  5. Following up with defaulters and initiating the recovery process.

Candidate Profile

  1. Academic requirements: Graduate, MBA (Finance)
  2. Experience: 8-10 years in relevant industry and minimum 4 years in similar job profile
  3. Salary per month: INR 50,000 onwards commensurate with ability and experience
  4. Male candidate preferred
