Administering the entire process - processing of loan, sanctioning, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan and collection.
Helping out with customer service for new and existing clients (problematic cases).
Supervising, guiding and ensuring productivity at every level in the areas assigned in order to keep the team motivated and maximize revenue.
Performing regular market research to study consumer behaviour, latest trends, competitor activity, subsequent recommendations for new products and processes on a quarterly basis.
Organising regular meetings (weekly and monthly) with Management to discuss team growth, target achievement, hindrances (if any) and more opportunities.
