Minimum experience of at least 2-4 years in commercial properties is required
Experience in selling under-construction properties/original booking
Knowledge of commercial real estate market
Knowledge of pre-leased properties
Generate inquiries and work on the leads provided by the company
Client calling is must.
Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationships
Meeting clients
Good communication skills
Visiting sites/projects with clients
Closing sales
Must have proven records of previous sales performance
