We are looking to hire Sales Managers for developing sales strategy for a fast-growing organization based in the FinTech Domain.
Responsibilities:
Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
Meet and Pitch Rupeeks offerings to potential customers
Build trust by handling customer objections
Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
Build long term relationships with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in ongoing transactions.
Share local insights from the field to the central team
Requirements:
Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target-driven mindset
Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
Basic mathematics calculations
Graduate with 2-5 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
Preferably between 25-30 years of age
Excellent Presentation and Invokes Trust
Excellent Communication Skills in the local language (basic English)
Should have experience working with Companies in Telecom, FMCG, Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume) Financial Services or High involvement concept selling.
