Candidate must have at least three years of experience/ team leader in real estate.
Responsible for driving sales with a team of sales executive.
Candidate must meet sales target (individually/ whole) on monthly basis.
Candidate must be compliant with sales and operation’s team.
Candidate should be a self-motivated personality, who can motivate the team to get the best results.
Candidate prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
Candidate should have an ability to communicate with people at all the level’s and strong negotiation skills.
