Job description

Below is the JD for the position


1.   Call & attend inquires generated through the various marketing platforms

2.   Manage negotiation processes and consult buyers on market comparison study & prices

3.   Understand buyers needs and propose solutions that suit them best

4.   Fix up an engagement meeting with the pre-determined leads

5.   Consult and sell by giving excellent personalized service to the HNI customers

6.   Convert prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects

7.   Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

8.   Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure a hassle free after sales service

9.   Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customers

Collaborate with others and solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
