• Responsible for client acquisitions into RPO Temporary staffing Industry.

• Direct interaction with the Key Decision Makers-Head HR/VP HR/ Director HR and understanding the requirement

• Marketing Intelligence

• Making cold calls

• Lead generation

• Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.

• Create New business opportunities With Competitive cost.

• Manage the business development pipeline

• Bringing new clients on-board and generating revenues.

• Marketing Temp Staffing Services and training services to Corporate Clients in given territory.

• Developing Strong Client relationship.

• Developing and negotiating contracts

• Marketing Temp Staffing Services and training services to Corporate Clients.

• Developing Strong Client relationship & New Business development.
