Job Description

Corporate & Institutional Sales Executives & Sales Managers position with absolute responsibilities on (institutional & corporate) sales functions across market segments viz. for Luxuria Concepts – National Distributor Channel Partner of Reckitt Benckiser India.

a) Travel Retail & Specialty Stores, and Department Stores

b) Hospitals and other outfits in the health care segment,

c) Hotels, Restaurants and similar outfits in the hospitality segment, and

d) Customized Branded products for the Corporate & Pharma segment.

  1. Strategy development process particularly in respect of tasks and targets pertaining to the assigned business segments and region of operation.
  2. Work as per sales plans and strategies as developed for every quarter
  3. Competently Selling & directing to manage the work of sales team
  4. Regular planning of sales and field work of all sales staff of the area and to monitor their performance in improving overall effectiveness progressively.
  5. Impart on-the-job training to sales executives on customer interaction etiquette, strategic selling efforts and on all skills that are part of effective selling.
  6. Enlarge sales team in tune with market expansion plans actively coordinating with the HR team.
  7. Achieving dominant position for brand by striving to accomplish periodically set sales targets duly reinforcing the power and character of Brand.
  8. Work closely to prospect Sales and Marketing leads & efficiently harvest business prospects, maintaining good customer relations and in constructing sales plans and campaigns.
  9. Coordinate with supply chain and accounts department in ensuring appreciable transaction fulfillment towards maintaining cordial and encouraging customer relations.
