Candidate will be Responsible to sales General Insurance
Proven track record of exponential sales growth.
Experience or proven ability to handle large teams, Multichannel Acquisitions.
Responsible for accurately planning & forecasting the business from different Agency channels
Work directly with sales team & various stakeholders to develop a deep understanding on the business metrics & performance
Work to develop relationship across all areas of the partners at multiple levels within key account, business management, marketing, product development & product management
Also responsible for achieving results working in matrixed, complex, fast moving & constantly changing sales environments within an extremely competitive market
Organizing and coordinating with different departments to work out product development specification, guideline, including process, risk control, GWP forecast
Analyzing zone wise performance & market share & set the target % to be achieved- Focus on profitability, Loss & Expense Ratio, review with the stakeholders periodically
Work collaboratively across heads to create a result driven, team-oriented environment delivering growth
