1. Appointing distributors and sub dealers for SIMHA KIT.
2. Managing entire operations, and marketing activities in 4 to 5 district within the assigned territory
3. Conducting farmers meetings on a daily basis and generating 6-8 leads.
4. Ensuring billing and payment collection from distributors and other channel partners.
5. Visiting the distributors as per route plan and supporting them for field work, also motivating distributor's resource to generate leads for SIMHA KIT.
6. Installation of SIMHA KIT on tractors and train channel partner team for doing the same.
