  • Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager
  • Target achieving – Individual and Store wise – Monthly and yearly includes category wise and GHS
  • Need to handle 2 to 3 retails stores in same locality
  • Customer Focus and ensuring excellent Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication / presentable/ Grooming standards
  • Front Sales activities – Individual target achievement
  • Activities planned by Store Manager to be executed
  • Co-ordination with other Team Member / Floor Manager / Store Manager
  • Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager on special Occasions and Anniversaries
  • Managing and responsible for Counter Stock Inventory
  • Product Feedback based on customer interaction
  • Following commercial processes and company standards
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
