<ul><li>Responsible to generate business &amp; attend the meetings scheduled by the lead generation team and convert it into a sale </li><li>Should able to analyze business Challenges, identify problems and able to propose solutions for the same. </li><li>Experience in Client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups and close the deal.</li><li>Should maintain relations with existing clients and generate sales through referrals.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills to build excellent client relations over phone and emails. </li><li>Aggressively achieving the sales target. </li><li>Should be able to communicate with clients proactively and extend effective client support.</li><li>Must have minimum 1 years experience in Real Estate field sales OR insurance company background</li><li>Own conveyance is a must.</li></ul>
