Job Description

  • Reach, engage, and open more sales channels with modern retailers, e-commerce firms, society retailers, B2B firms, etc. 

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Store in-out format, timings, and duration for each client. Identify and build receiving format, including barcodes and packaging instructions, and update back in Absolute Foods system. 

  • Coordinate with operations and supply teams on a daily basis to ensure the right match of demand and supply. Update on daily returns expired and damaged SKU's. 

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
