The role holder is responsible for managing & implementation an effective sales & marketing strategy for the domestic business verticals either with tour operator/travel agent/corporate/Events companies or OTA.
He/she will be responsible for revenue generation of various hotels & resorts through tie-ups with various online tour operators, travel agencies, corporate & events companies.
Follow the guidelines of sales operating procedures to improve performance and sales.
Follow and bring new ideas/planning for sales, marketing & promotion of hotels/resorts to increase business leads/queries.
Proactively work on social/digital media to increase awareness and potential leads for hotels/resorts.
Ensure the implementation of the action plan to achieve the objectives of the revenue generation. Develop & achieve the sales / revenue targets (monthly/ quarterly).
Proactively work & follow-up on leads (FIT/Group) to convert into business.
Follow the right methods to increase business volume.
Ensure proper implementation of organization strategy for advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relationship, build PR with TA/OTA/Corporate & special sales projects of hotels/resorts.
Conduct market research and development of new marketing strategies & new products/services to achieve the maximum revenue according to the guidelines and recommendations.
Ensure review of all the public relations with TA/OTA to increase review and ranking of hotels/resorts on online portals.
